bad bad service

whent to Istore Brooklyn, paid to upgrade my phone and Ipad, was told to bring my laptop and they will help me to upgrade because my Ipad is vintage. On my return I spoke to the manager Grobler, said is very busy and can't help me, instructions for HQ, not ver friendly and not helpful at all. Will not support them ever again.
