Bad bad service

<p>I don't even know where to start.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got a message to upgrade my software on my phone. To my suprise I could not to so due to not enough gigs on my phone.</p> <p>I immediately started to clear my photo's etc. with only 8 video clips and 50 odd photo, I could still not update my software.</p> <p>In the mean time I could also not update my whatsapp. This ia now deleted frim my phone.</p> <p>I visited the Istore in Clearwater mall on Sunday, 9th October 2016.</p> <p>I was firstly asked of I have an appiontment, I think the guy could see the shock on my face and reffered me to the customer service desk.</p> <p>At the customer service desk the gentleman looked like he is not interested, he listened to me with no interest, handed me a piece of paper and said, he can not help me, I need to follow the instructions on the paper. What service is this.</p> <p>I walked out of the store to the myfix store, where I was explained that my phone is too old for the software upgrade and that I will have to get another phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why could this IStore not tell me this. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
