BAD BAD CUSTOMER CARE FROM ISTORE

Hi I gave in my IPhone at IStore Clearwater Mall on 14 January 2025. They said to me the repair would take 3 to 5 working days. Well it's now 27 January and I still don't have my phone back. It is impossible to contact these people. Their phone line disconnects after waiting inline for support. Their WhatsApp support does not get answered as well as their online chat. The said 3 times the store will contact me. This never happened....Really bad service!!!!!
