Bad attitude of staff

The iStore in Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria is utterly useless. Staff are unresponsive and very unhelpful. The lady who was helping me, Veronicah, was extremely rude and curt towards me as a customer as well as towards her ***orkers. She was rushing my family and I and seemed very disinterested in her job. She made my visit very unpleasant and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I hope that this message gets to the staff at Brooklyn Mall's iStore so that they can see that they need an attitude adjustment before the store loses all of its business. Thank you
