Bad attitude

<p>On Tuesday the 10th of January i took my phone to the iStore at the Lochlogan (Waterfront Mall) in Bloemfontein for repairs. My phone does not charge since the 31st of December 2016, i discovered this when i was inPort Elizabeth on holiday; i then visited the iStore at Warmerpark who advised that if the took it in for repairs it will be sent back to them which was going to be far for me as i reside in Aliwal North they then advised me to rather take it to the Bloemfontein one as it will be much nearer for me. As i have stated above i did drive from Aliwal North especially for this purpose but i was given a very terrible service and not to mention the attitude, they told me that i first have to go to the website and book an appoitment with a technician. I did explain to them that i drove 200ks and have been without a phone for approximately two weeks, they did not care and still asked me to go book online as there was nothing they could do for me. I am very disappointed of how these people treat thier clients and i really wonder if i will continue using the product after this, i am enjoying it and for the record this is my first iPhone but once again i really wonder if i still want to continue using this brand.</p>
