BAD AND POOR CUTOMER SERVICE

I put 1 star because there was no option to put 0 star.I received the worst service at istore Maponya Mall.Lack of good customer service.They wanted to know about how much I can afford after I told them I want an iPhone 11.They were even pointing at me when talking to each other.They asked which number did I call how am I suppose to recall that.I ask them if I should bring a recording cause I enquired using my work number.I was VERY disappointed with their service.But got a very nice sales person at rose bank I just don’t recall her name ,she assisted me.Overall I don’t recommend people to buy their iPhones at iStore Maponya mall.I am not happy at ALL.
