Bad After Sales Service

I purchased a Griffin Survivor Case for my Iphone 13 pro max. The case is great works like a case quality case should. However the bottom opening of case hurts your finger like crazy when holding the "big Iphone 13 pro max". I informed the Istore-Gateway and they informed me that it was purchased 6 months ago and the y cannot do an exchange or refund...this is extremely disappointing from a "High En Electronics" store.
