With the Lockdown regulations being lifted and Level 4 taking over, backlog in terms of delivery of products for most stores is a headache as customers are not sympathetic.

A chat online with one of the consultants to find out if a product can be delivered by the end of the week proved to be fruitful. Understandably so, the dedicated employee couldn’t commit and this (act) was enormous (the honesty that is).

Placed an order on Monday and hardly three days later it was delivered.
