Avoid the warmer park iStore at all costs!!!

On Friday 12 April 2024, I went in for a battery replacement and upon arrival to collect my phone the clueless tech guy there told me that my phone had water damage to which was an extreme lie. I went in with a working phone and came back with a phone that doesn't have a working touch screen. The idiot working there as well as that ill trained technician went as far as to state that the water damage caused corrosion which hindered my display from connecting correctly.

Honest is truly a skill you guys lack and need to work on. I ended up purchasing a 15 Pro Max from the same walmer park istore since I heavily depend on a mobile device to work.

All in all a technician at the Cape Town branch told me that a ****ty job had been done from the istore in PE warmer park and no accountability was taken. Their technician **** and clipped my ribbon cable by mistake due to being ill trained.

My phone was repair today by a professional and everything works. In future rather hire professionals and not some amateurs who just blatently lie. I even have the damaged unit on hand and will be showing those clowns when I visit PE again.
