AVOID iStore Clearwater - Daylight ******* and Incompetence

istore Clearwater tried to rob me with a trade-in today. As a loyal Macbook user for more than a decade - I was looking to buy the new Macbook Pro M4 Pro (R47K) and did the online valuation and got a value of R19 900. I make sure I look after my laptops and it looked new to me. This is the 3rd time im trading my laptop in and i always get full value. Anyways the lady said there are slight scratches, so reluctantly I went with the new valuation of R16 900. She then tried to tell me there are discolouration issues with the screen and the laptop was now worth R2 000 odd. What an absolute joke, I took my laptop and walked out. Now i just saw she never logged out of her "Test" login. Never support Clearwater iStore, they are incompentent and trying to rob customers. If that is the valuation I got, I dont even want to know what other people get who are not as cautious with there products like I am.
