Avoid i-Store Tygervalley

i-store Tygervalley damaged my apple watch by popping it out as they were fitting the glass protector on:

They ripped my watch apart because the i-store worker did not know how to fit the glass screen protector on the watch. They should have simply told me that they can not fit glass screen protectors on apple watches other than ripping my watch apart.

I went to i-store Tygervalley and bought 2 glass protectors and they also had to fit them on my Apple watch and on my son's Apple watch. First i waited for more than 1 hour before the manager of the store could get someone to fit the screen protectors. Then eventually a guy came to fit the screen protectors who they said was on break. He was fidgeting to put the screen protectors one. He ended up putting the screen protector wrongly on my watch and he had to take it off and put it back on again, in the process he moved to the other side of his desk and used some instrument to try and get the screen protector off and he popped my watch in that process. He fitted the screen protector on my son's watch first before fitting mine and my son's screen protector fell off 2 days later. The store refunded me for both screen protectors but refused to fix my watch. They sent me a quotation of R5,428.97 and they said that i must pay this amount of money to fix my watch that they ripped apart. My watch is just over a year old and they refused to fix it up to today. My watch was in perfect condition and working perfectly well. They ripped my watch apart on Saturday the 23rd of May and up to today they refused to fix my watch. They came up with excuses that my watch should have had a raised battery that caused the damage as they fitted on the screen protector then later they said that my watch has scratches and a very small dent that they said caused the damage. My watch is a little over a year old and it has a few scratches just like any watch that is not new and a little dent that is smaller than 1mm. I use lots of Apple products that i bought from i-store Canal Walk like MacBook Pro,iphone,... and i-store Canal Walk always help me with no problem at all, whether it's a refund or a fix or anything. I have been working with i-store Canal Walk for over 5 years and i have never had any problem with Canal Walk i-store at all. Tygervalley i-store is the closet store to me because i live in Durbanville but because of this bad experience with i-store Tygervalley, i will never ever go to them again.
