Auto credit card refund for order ***4

Hi,

I have been struggling to get my refund of ZAR 25999 for a purchase and cancellation that was done on 18/10/2019. I dealt wth Princess Mhuntana from the online store. At first she said the refund was done, then a week later she said band had flagged it has ***** so they istore needs to deal with the bank with all relevant information. The bank says they have no idea what she means if a transaction is cancalled and no goods are collect the refund needs to be made .
