Attempted to ***** R2075 from me fourways Mall Istore

Fourways Mall Istore attempted to ***** R2075.00 from me by Changing trade in value from R2500 to R425, AFTER deleting all my personal information and breaking my screen protector. They Insisted my button is lose but not. I told them I will go to another Istore for a second quote. Istore in Sandton city told me that my button is fine and would trade in for R2500 but couldn't because Istore from fourways blocked me for trade in. I think there is something fishy going on in fourways Mall Istore.
