Atrocious service iStore Fourways

This morning I went to the Vodacom store at Northgate to enquire about adding a device to my contract. A smart watch to be exact. I was advised that I could but they didn’t have stock in store and advised to go to the nearest iStore. I opted to go to Fourways and I was advised that they would not be able to assist as this is not standard process. I would have to purchase a phone and then would I be able to add the smart watch. I was asked where I got this information and whoever advised me was painted as not knowing anything. I went to Vodacom near Dischem at Fourways mall and in less than 15 minutes I have my smar****ch. Not an Apple product but Huawei. I am glad that it’s not an Apple product because clearly I didn't but fit their client profile. Even though I am using their phones.
