Arrogant Staff

<p>I have been to Sandton CIty iStore to take a new contract. Prior to going to the store,I had called the iStore call centre as well as visited an Mtn branch to confirm what is needed to open the contract. I have recently relocated to Sandton and thus didnt have proof of residence.I was told by both the Call Centre and Mtn that a letter from the person I am residing with, a copy of the ID book and ultility is suffice to meet this requirement. After going to the store with all relevent documentation needed, I was met by a very arrogant Natasha(who is in charge of issuing mtn contracts) .Her attitude towards me was disturbing. She stated that I needed a police affidavit to continue with the process. I stated to her what I was told and even brought the person I live with the store,her response was "I can see her,but Mtn cannot see her ! " . Her tone was sickening. I left the store and headed down to Mtn to find out if this Police affidavit was necessary. I was that it is not and that other people have also complained of Natasha been DIFFICULT. Clearly this isn't an isolated incident, I have never been met with such arrogance at any store before, as if Natasha was doing me favor.I will NEVER go to this iStore again.</p>
