App**** for a contract on the 14th of Nov 2017 no feedback to this day

I went into an istore (Centurion Mall) to apply for a contract and i filled all paperwork given to me however the lady called Gomolemo Mokete informed me that she is experiencing issues with the system and she will give feedback the next day but nobody came back to me in 7 days. I went to the store This Monday and i was informed by a certain gentleman that i should receive a call the next day (21 Nov 18) and nobody called. The service is upholling, disgusting, stinky and frustrating. I have until today to give Cell C feedback on my existing contract with them whether i am cancelling it or not.
