Application for new Iphone : no query resolution

<br> <br> I lodged an application with I store gateway approx 4-5 weeks ago for the above contract.<br> I was assured that the procedure would be seamless and fast and i would have the handset within a week.<br> Following not hearing from your store in a week,i contacted the call center and was informed i cannot be put to the store and would have to leave a message and a consultant would call me back.This never happened.3 calls later,no call back to me was received.<br> i then presented in store and was informed that more documentation was required.<br> I presented the following day with all required documentation and was told that it would be approved soon.<br> Once again,no feedback was received and i came through to the store in person.At this stage i escalated the issue to your store managers Eugene and Lisa who promised to assist.<br> Again,no call back was received and i presented in store and now i was informed the issue was with Cell C and they had escalated further and i would be provided feedback.<br> I presented again in person and saw you on the floor and provided the same narration to you and you advised that Eugene would re
