Apple's great, iStore ain't!

Love your Apple product? That's understandable because they really are great. Can't say the same for iStore, the retail supplier however. Apart from absurdly overcharging for everything, their service levels are just ridiculously bad. Need a battery for your iPhone? Gotta make an appointment first, just for the privilege of talking to a staff member. Then expect to wait at least five days while they take your phone away just for a simple battery change, for heaven's sake. No phone for five days! Are there better options? Yes indeed. I won't mention a competitor's name but do your own research. No appointment needed, just bring in your phone, wait 20 minutes (if you get there early) and off you go. Same price, too. Apple products are grossly overpriced in SA. iStore adds cheek to chutzpah by offering ******* service levels.
