Apple Watch Series 2

<p>I walked into iStore last year November to purchase the Stainless steel milanese loop, in which I was told there is a waiting period. I filled in my details - waited 2/3 weeks, nothing I then contacted Istore many times, to be told there is nothing they can do as they don't know when the watch will arrive - I need to wait for an sms. <br /><br />I then visited the store to enquire why I still havent been contact as I was told I am 1st on the waiting list (This is a month and a week later) they trainee says "You were contact but it says unreachable" i rep**** to that saying i was never contacted as i do not have record of any missed called. Why was I not emailed or contacted a second time? I also said i did not receive a sms stating that the watch arrived. (End of Dec 2016)<br /><br />The trainee made me reapply for the watch - it is now end of Jan 2017 and today for the first time I receive and sms stating I will be contacted as soon as the unit arrives. This is unacceptable especially from a top of the range store! <br /><br /></p>
