Apple wallet not working. Poor service

I am highly disappointed with the service I received at @istoreMaponyaMall. I bought a device two weeks ago and the problem is the apple wallet, my cards cannot be added not one card but two of my cards cannot be added. When I add my card on another device my card goes through which shows that the problem is the device. The Manager Makro was failing at assisting, he failed to exchange a phone for me. The service in the township is definitely not the same as the one in suburb, I would have been assisted quickly. I wasted my time there, the whole day. I arrived at 10am and left at 17:00 pm without being assisted. I hope this platform will help me in this time of need. I'm not a happy customer right now @istoreSouthAfrica. I want an exchange or refund and without being charged 20% as your device is the one faulty.
