Apple Online Istore Service Failure in Processing Refunds

Following my online purchase from Apple Online Istore, i decided to return a product as i had changed my mind. I had followed the online return procedure however after two weeks had received no response on collection and therefore called in to the online call Centre and was told to return the product to the closest apple store for a quicker turnaround time which happened to be Eastgate for me. Upon returning the product they advised me that there would be a 7 to 14 days wait for the refund to be processed which i was happy to accept.

To date it has been over a month since i submitted the online return and about a month since i had returned the product to Eastgate Apple Istore and still awaiting my refund despite my numerous emails, calls and online chats with Apple Istore where falls promises were made.

I'm at my wits end and still battling to get any resolve from my follow ups and complaint. No one has contacted me to date despite the promises that a manager would contact me and at this point i have the urge to throw my toys out at the Eastgate Apple Istore and ask for my product back because the service received from both ends is non existent and very disappointing.

This experience has really left a bad taste in mouth, and makes me reluctant to ever purchase from the online store again!
