Apple - no service

I purchased an Apple iPhone 7plus protective cover for my phone and it chipped leas than two months later! IStore Sandton Drive refuse to replace it. It’s an absolute disgrace. In all my years of owning iPhones I’ve never had a cover break!! This is an Apple product that both Apple and iStore refuse to stand by.
