Apple Istore South Africa what a disgrace to a good American company

I pre ordered an iphone and 3 apple watches. I was assured in store as well as online that my order would be delivered 19September 2025

On the day of delivery i was told that it has been changed to a back order and that stock would be available 2 days later

I paid 55k for these items and only received one watch up to now

Can you imagine the interest they are drawing on peoples money by advertising pre order and changing them to back order when this resolves to millions of rands lying in their account for stock that was supposed to be at customers

Dont advertise pre order when its a back order

The thing is a refund would take 14 days

How fair is that

Stock is available in stores but i listened to the ad that said prevent the wait and the queue by pre ordering
