Apple Istore service failure

<p>I am appalled and disappointed by Apples ********** service I have experienced this week. After trying to repair my screen of my new Iphone 7 128GIG. I have requested on 3 occasions via their call centre to tend to my enquiry regarding a quotation for my screen repair or atleast having the decency to call back.</p> <p>Sad to have experienced such a service failure.</p>
