Apple iStore Eastgate no a real Apple store

We sent my watch in for repairs under the recall program that Apple have for apple watch series 3. They quoted on a new unit, did not even want to repair it. When we escalated it with Apple they informed us that the istore at Eastgate is not affiliated with Apple at all. Do not send any apple products there to get repaired as you will get treated terribly by their staff.
