Apple iStore Clearwater Mall - When expecting Professionalism from unprofessionals.

I visited the iStore at Clearwater Mall on Monday the 28th January 2019 to purchase an Apple Pencil, Tempered Glass and a flip cover my iPad Pro - Once I had started using my iPad 2 days later, I had noticed that my pencil will not connect to my iPad through the cover. So I went back this morning to solve the matter because I was sold the wrong cover, and I was told they cannot do anything about it because there’s a mark in the cover, but this was exactly how I got it!!? So not only was I sold the wrong item, I’m out of pocket because they have found an excuse to not rectify their staffs mistake, so they cannot help, well, unless I spend more money.

Maybe I should’ve stuck with Samsung, I had way better service from those professionals.
