Apple iPhone 7

<p>I received a brand new Apple iPhone 7 on Monday and unpacked it yesterday after changing SIM cards, I then realized that the Home button when pressed it feels like there is something loose in the phone, I returned to the istore today and they want to send the phone in for 5-7 days to be checked , no loan phone offered or a swop out phone issued. I spoke to the manager Eugene Lesch who was of no help and was not prepared to make any plans for me. This unit is brand new and has not even been used so why should I send it in for repairs , I need this phone daily for contact purposes I cannot sit without a phone for 5-7 days</p>
