Apple iPhone 12 is weak

I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max 512 GB blue. With the screen guard and the back protector the phone still got a scratch on the right side . This is a phone which is over thirty grand. Please can someone help me to sort this as I have been to apple in Sandton and cresta and they all say it’s not thier issue , thanks
