Apple doesn’t keep it’s Word!

iStore South Africa doesn’t honour the Black Friday deals it promises to provide. The marketing materials all say the deals are up until 03rd December and T’s and C’s Apply but their T’s & C’s are not printed on the in-store promotional materials. When you go onto their website, the information isn’t freely available or clearly indicated.

iStore South Africa (Rosebank) branch is the worst iStore I’ve ever been to top it off with a horrible manager by the name of Erin Joubert. He ignored me and went to a customer outside the store whilst waiting and then puts his hand up with one finger to tell me to wait!

Then proceeds to rudely tell me that this is my problem (the Black Friday deals are off).

Apple - you’re letting us down. Work harder to get the better staff in and keep your word about deals and your word about consistency globally!?
