Apple !!!

I upgraded my Vodacom contract at istore cresta. I instructed tech to transfer my contacts from my device .. they did not and I lost my last 2 years of contacts .. this impacted my business heavily .. on the upgrade .22nd October... they neglected to take the option of month end .. so my remaining minutes were wiped out and I’ve paid open contract for the last 9 days amounting to over R1000 .. pretty poor service all round .. I wonder if accountability will be held
