Apple 38mm GPS Space Grey Aluminium Case with Black Sport Band - Series 3

I bought my son the apple watch Model no MTF02SO/A, last week the 25/9/19. We received it on 27/9/19. The screen cracked last night.

I just spent the last 20 min on the phone with Istore to be told that there is no guarantee on this device and that they can't repair it, we have to buy a replacement.

This I find absolutely ridiculous.
