APPALLING & SHOCKING SERVICE - ISTORE SANDTON DRIVE

Utter disaster and shocking service from the Istore in Sandton Drive. After going inn to renew my data contract and take up the New IPad Pro, my entire data profile has been botched up by an *********** and totally arrogant staff member. Due to her lack of knowledge in this department and haphazard behavior my entire contract has been switched off for a month from the 1st of August 2019 to date. Despite me logging a complaint with Istore SA, I have to date not received even a phone call to note my concerns or dealings in the matter. I am absolutely shocked by the plain email responses which has since gone south. A TOTAL DISASTER OF AN EXPERIENCE
