An Apple to peel - Istore Online Refund not made after 5 weeks

I purchased a cover for an Ipad. the delivery time was good, however when i requested a refund as the product did not fit my ipad, the return collection was extremely quick but 5 weeks later i am still waiting for a refund to reflect on my Credit Card. i have been made many promises by the Istore online team that payment will reflect today, payment was made etc. however no refund reflects. they have failed to produce evidence the refund was made either.

I am extremely disappointed that i cannot trust a global brand like Apple as they clearly have taken my money.
