Amazing service at Istore the Glen

Hi IStore, I just wanted to compliment your team at IStore The Glen. So let's start at the beginning: I purchased Airpods on the 28th of March. This was meant to be a gift to a family member, and due to Covid-19 incident, I could only present the gift this past weekend, but to my surprise, the recipient already received Airpod Pro's from somewhere else, leaving me with an unwanted pair of Airpods. Since both my wife and I have Airpods, we had no use for them. So I understand that IStore South Africa has a strict ten-day return policy and was doubtful that I would receive any refund whatsoever, but I went into IStore The Glen to plead my case. I proceeded to the counter and was greeted by Mapula. I explained my story to her, and she showed compassion towards my plight and agreed to refund me. This was super to hear, and she was a delight to deal with. She then handed me over to Keanan, who painlessly went through the refund process with me. In these troubling times, it was such a pleasure to deal with people who have heaps of compassion and empathy towards the plights of others. Great work, Mapula and Keanan at IStore The Glen.
