AirPods a ****!

I bought my Brad new AirPods in January at the iStore in Sandton City, few months later the right earpiece speaker was giving issues and I was struggling to hear properly. I took them in to iStore Sandton for a check up and explained to them, they still insisted they were fine and I told them they were not. I took them back and they are still giving the same issue, I struggle to hear phone calls. This is totally unacceptable, they need to be replaced. I spent money to buy these AirPods to be left with a useless gadget.
