Admin plus, istoreinsure, istore canal walk

Insured my iPhone 13 Pro 256GB Graphite with istoreinsure. The company never missed a debit order or has it ever bounced. I lost my insured my cellular device on the 11/12/2022, I made all necessary measures required from me to do a claim for the cellphone. The claim was processed and successful, the company (ISTOREINSURE) required me to pay an access fee of R2499.99 on the 19/12/2022 they confirmed to have received the payment. I waited patiently for their feedback nothing happened, I called in on the 20th of December 2022 and was told the phone is with the couriers and will arrive at iStore canal walk within the week, as i saw the week coming to an end I again called on 22/12/2022 and Ashraaf Sallie told me the phone would be in store on Friday 23rd. Nothing on Friday, called on Wednesday 28th which Ashraaf told me it would be at the store on Thursday 29 which it was delivered to iStore canal walk. I went to the store my device was in store I got to the store(ISTORE CANAL WALK) at 20h00 and waited until 20h30 when I was told the system is offline to process my claim while other customers were being assisted that came in after me cellphone devices were being sold right infront of me, mind you the debit order was successfully debited today. The manager Musa/Moosa I couldn't get the name as I was beyond frustrated he had the nerve to tell me that is excellent service from him as THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO.
