Absolutely terrible experience

I just want to find out if you are satisfied with the service you are providing me? I bought a brand new iPhone and it was faulty. Now the burden is on my to wait for you to analyze the phone. It was a brand new phone guys. It was faulty. Provide me with a proper new phone or give me my money back. I am completely shocked at this terrible experience buying from you. If this was any other online platform my issue would have been resolved ages ago. Are you seriously telling me that this is the experience I can expect from you in future? Absolutely shocking service.
