Absolutely shocking after sales experience

Stay away, they promise same or next day delivery but send you an email a few days after your order to say it's complete and then totally forget about the order or checking if you actually received it. They outsource delivered to Courier IT and don't bother to follow up if you received your goods... Be warned! I'm really disappointed with my first time shopping experience and spent over 10k on their website last week and my goods are still not delivered!
