Absolutely ATROCIOUS Service, iStore Brooklyn Mall

The dude working at the service table doesn't even seem fami**** with iOS. He couldn't help me with my request, so who did I have to ask for help? Google obviously. I see this all the time, people working with products or software they are not fami**** with. My guess is that these newly appointed staff are not properly trained before they are permanently employed. Apple is ONE of the most powerful companies in the world and service such as this is totally unacceptable. He was very rude, while I'm speaking to him he couldn't even face me and reply in a professional manner, instead, he eventually started ignoring me while I'm being "helped." This happened today at the iStore that resides within Brooklyn Mall. Will never go back there again.
