Absolute worst.

I’m moving over to anything other than Apple. I spent R25k this month at istore. Macbook air and airpod pro’s. You can’t try the airpods for hygiene reasons, so I buy it. But it’s incredibly uncomfortable and “all day comfort” is definitely a misleading ad. 20 minutes max, then your ears hurt. But you can’t return them either for hygiene reasons, so that was a waste of R5k right there. The macbook was ordered last week, and still hasn’t arrived (2 working days delivery was a lie).

So unless you have a lot of unwanted money to replace and pay extra for delivery, avoid this **** show.

I’ll never spend another cent on this horrible excuse of a money grab company.
