Absolute incompetence

My experience was absolutely terrible. A friend of mine went to the store in Sandton to ask if they had stock of the Apple Watch series 2 which I heard was on a promo as I wanted to purchase it. The staff member by the name of Obakheng said he would reserve it. Upon arrival , the stupid manager on duty who has no people s****s and customer service told me it’s sold out . So I told her I reserved one , which she said is not allowed. So then the staff member says he remembers it but it was actually sold out which is such a load of *******. I drove all the way there and was out of my way. Such good product but such pathetic staff. The caliber of staff is absolutely shocking. The manager was not interested in helping me one bit and I came in there to spend money. And by judging by the ratings , it looks like I’m not the only one complaining. If there was a -1 rating, I’d probably give that. Let’s see if anyone can assist?
