Absolut shocking service

I live in Paarl and was told I can get my upgrade at Istore waterfront. So I arrive at 2h just to find out that my licence was not sufficient to do an upgrade and that they needed my ID, (i always upgraded with my licence before) so I ask them to keep me the phone and I will come back. I was told the store closes at 9h. I get here at 19h30 and now I cannot upgrade because nobody can do upgrades after 5!!!!! Thanks for letting me know before I drove back all the way!!!! Who is reimbursing me for my petrol???!!! Absolut shocking!!
