I would like to report I store in pavilion mall I went there to report my phone that is overheating and the checked it without fixing my phone they told me it overheating. I told the guy I told you that I need solution they said I must book it for technician and they asked for 250 for nothing. I paid it the manager told me that it’s because I bought my phone from Vodacom.
