8 days waiting for iPad on contract through MTN

My husband and I are regular customers of the Cavendish iStore. Last Sunday we complete the forms for an iPAd Air 2 for our son as a Christmas present. Our son is 9 years old and autistic and waiting with excitement for his new iPad from father christmas. <br> We have had some feedback that MTN is offline and so they can't process the application. <br> I really think this is poor service that they are unable to process anything as it is offline and we have received no feedback as to when they will be able to process it. For 2 IT driven companies this is very poor. <br> <br> We tried to get the contract at MTN, which would be easier , but they don't have stock. <br> So between the iStore and MTN we are heading for a sad Christmas for our little boy.<br> <br> <br> Any help would be appreciated.
