5th time to fix Mac

<p>I have been to fix my computer 5X with no solution. The last time I asked for a letter or explanation so I can try claim for it from insurance and there is NO way of talking to anyone. They ignore my 3 emails to sort my computer out. All that is done is that the SAME diagnosis is done and sent back</p>
