3 Months with No Stock

<p>I purchased a screen protector for an iPhone 6 S from Istore, The Glen Branch. I opted for the life time guarantee option. Subsequently, my screen damaged and cracked. I've been going to The Glen branch for the past 3 months and have been told that they don't have stock. What annoys me the most is none of the staff or the manager can tell you when they will have stock. When you ask them to check if Sandton has, they tell you that they can't check on the system. Now this is very uselsss and unhelpful. Please can somebody assist me urgently.</p>
