3 days left before warranty expired

<p>i took my iphone to the Istore in Somerset West for repairs 3 days before the warranty expired, the phone was booked in but the find my iphone could not be deactivated. We requested a passord reset in the store, however Apple reported that it will take them several days to reset the password thus the store could not keep the device , after two weeks they reset the password and took the phone in but now i'm told the phone is out of warranty and i have to pay for the repair of R5000 for an Iphone 5. i have sent all the evidence that shows that the device broke while it was in warranty but now they adamant about not covering the repaires. i am very disappointed with the way they dealing with this issue, email after email gets a one liner response. Truly expected better service from such a big company</p> <p>Very disappointed.</p>
