24 month Ipad contract not honored

Good day

I recently bought an Ipad through online istore with my istore card on a 24 month contract deal. I have made 100% sure that it was bought on 24 month budget on the online purchase. When they deduct my first payment, they have deducted the complete amount of R7999 and not the R372 as per contract agreement from my account leaving my account in the arrears. Now I am struggling to get them to reverse the money in time for me to honor my other debit accounts. They said that they will only fix this next week. Who will pay now for that penalty fees for not honoring my accounts. An this is leaving me now with a bad record against my name. This is unacceptable. Please advise me
