The Rosebank Istore service is atrocious. I went to purchase airpod tips. They said I need to order it but I must schedule an appointment for another day to place the order. I asked why I can't just order then as I was at the store. They say they are busy but there were more than 4 staff members doing nothing. Also if tjry were busy surely they could have agreed to taje my order by phone. Terrible service..
