Iphone 13 ****

We've been coming to the store since 31 December 2024 to get 2 contract phones and till today we didn't win. I'm not even counting the amount of airtime and petrol spent coming to the shop. Thabiso has the most horrible knowledge of your system.

On 6 Jan 2025 I went to the istore site and bought the phone below. On 7 Jan 2025, after I called, I got the news that the phone isn't in stock and no shop in the country has it in stock. I'm really fed up with horrible customer service if you still call it that. I called the iStore head office and Ntombi hung up on me. I called back again and Olwethu said the only thing he can't do is get me a phone which is R2000 more expensive than what I paid for. He talks with an attitude in his tone and wouldn't give me a solution. After a lengthy back and forth, he puts me on hold saying he is checking with other shops around kzn. He gets back to me and confirms that Apple doesn't have any of the phones country wide. I got a call from Ryan at the istore in Ballito where I bought the phone and said there aren't any phones. I went to the Istore on the same day and was told Ryan who is dealing with my query had already left work but had logged a query and will give me a call the following morning. 8 Jan 2025, I didn't get any call from him. Around 2PM I went again to the shop. When I asked him for an update he said he asked Thabiso to call me, Thabiso only tries calling me because he sees me in the shop. Ryan proceeds to tell me Apple has no stock of a phone that they still have on their site even now. How does such a big brand sell products that they don't have in stock? Only solution that came from him was me waiting for an amount of time that he couldn't confirm and we still wouldn't be sure if i'll get a phone or not. This feels like such a ****.

I asked him to process a refund for me and he said he would do so, i was just on the iStore site right now (19:50PM 8 Jan 2025) and he still hasn't done so. It's still in "processing"

Does this place even care about their customers or is it just about the money?
